As we provide digital services, time and resources are allocated once a project begins.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once the service has started.
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
- Any setup fees or consultation charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
- Ongoing services (monthly plans) must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
4. Performance Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., leads, sales, ROI), as performance depends on multiple external factors.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent service termination.
